Switching between wet and dry machining

The workflow for restoration is as follows:

Switching from wet to dry machining

1. Open the working chamber door.

2. Pull the cooling liquid tank out of the machine.

3. Remove the drain insert from the working chamber.

4. Dry the working chamber.

   NOTICE! The suction unit may be damaged if the working chamber is damp.

   NOTICE

   • The suction unit may be damaged if the working chamber is damp.

   • Dry the working chamber carefully.

5. Push the dry tank into the compartment until it clicks into place.

6. Connect the suction unit.

7. If the machine controls the suction unit, turn it on and set it to the necessary level.

Switching from dry to wet machining

1. If the suction unit is running, switch it off.

2. Open the working chamber door.

3. Clean the working chamber door seal thoroughly with a damp cloth. Use a mild cleaning agent if necessary.

4. Pull the dry tank out of the machine.

5. Place the drain insert on the opening in the working chamber.

6. Make sure that there is enough cooling liquid in the cooling liquid tank. If you want to fill or change cooling liquid:

    Exchanging the cooling liquid and cleaning the cooling liquid tank

7. Push the cooling liquid tank into the compartment until it clicks into place.

   Make sure that the coarse filter mat is in the cooling liquid tank.
