This agreement concerns the use of the “vlearning” learning platform, between you and vhf camfacture AG, Lettenstraße 10, 72119 Ammerbuch, Germany (hereinafter “vhf”).
Access to the learning platform
Access to the learning platform is granted by vhf at our sole discretion. vhf reserves the right to restrict or remove access at any time.
Personal user accounts
The user account that you use to log in to the learning platform is individual. You may not share the credentials or allow third parties to use the learning platform with your user account. This also applies to unintended access given to third parties through shared computer resources (e.g. password management utilities / apps, etc). If you enter data in the user account, they must be true.
Use of learning materials
All offered learning materials are intended exclusively for personal training. They may not be used for any other purpose and may not be disclosed to third parties. The copyright is, unless otherwise noted, at vhf.
All contents are offered without any guarantee in terms of content accuracy and usefulness.
You expressly agree that the use of the learning content and the learning platform is at your own risk. vhf is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the content or the learning platform.
If you are using the learning platform on a third-party device (e.g. at your workplace), we recommend contacting a technically responsible person (owner/operator/administrator) prior to first use.
Right of modification
vhf reserves the right to change the user agreement at any time. The changes take effect as soon as they are published on the learning platform.
You can find the current version of the user agreement on the learning platform's registration page under the “User agreement” link.
Your continued use constitutes your acceptance of the modified user agreement and you are bound by the terms of the modified agreement. If you do not agree to the modifications, you may no longer use the learning platform. At such time if you no longer want to use the platform, it is recommended to request your account to be suspended, in order to avoid unintended third party access.
We take data protection very seriously. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG) and other relevant data protection regulations.
Below, we inform you of how we process your data and what rights you will have if you visit our websites and use our online services there.

Processing purposes and legal basis
All access to our website and every request for a file that is available on the website will be logged. This logging is for internal system-related and statistical purposes. In this respect, the following data will be transmitted to us from your browser: Browser type and version, operating system in use, the referring URL (the previously visited site), the host name of the accessing computer (IP address) and the date and time of the server request. b) Form-based data collection

c) Learning platform “vlearning”
To use the learning platform, a user account is required. The user account is either created by vhf or by yourself. In the user account, your first name, last name, gender, email address, professional telephone number and department are stored. This is an individual account.
All user account data for the learning platform are permanently stored on the vhf servers. All information provided in your user account profile can be viewed by other users of the learning platform. Other users of the learning platform can also see when you are using the learning platform (“Who's online” function).
Furthermore, the following information will also be stored:
- Your usage times (date and time) of the learning platform
- The IP address of each access
- Date of user account creation
- Date of acceptance of the user agreement
- Which courses you have taken and when you access them (date and time)
- Which functions of the learning platform you have used
- Survey responses – some surveys are anonymized, the corresponding introduction text will inform you accordingly
- To which study group you belong
- Your incoming and outgoing personal messages
- Forum posts you create
- Your learning progress data
- Your answers to training questions
- Test results
- System data required for the functions you use
All data of the user account can be viewed by the following vhf employees:
- Employees who provide technical support for the systems
- Employees who conduct and/or organize training courses
- Employees who create learning materials

The bases for processing the personal data are Art. 6 sentence 1 p. 1 lit. of the DSGVO.
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer. Most of the cookies we use will be deleted again from your hard drive at the end of your browser session (session cookies). Other cookies remain on your computer and enable us to recognize your computer on your next visit (persistent cookies). Obviously, you also have the option to view our website without cookies. Most browsers will accept cookies automatically.

Learning platform “vlearning”
If you use the learning platform on behalf of your employer, vhf will pass on to your employer all data stored by the learning platform (see “Processing purposes and legal basis”, section c) which are necessary to fulfil the training contract with your employer. This includes in particular information on your learning progress, test results, misconduct and survey results.
If you do not use the learning platform on behalf of your employer, vhf does not disclose any personal data of the learning platform to third parties.
Your data protection rights
Subject to certain conditions, you have the right to request to be informed, free of charge, about the personal data we have stored about you, to have incorrect data rectified, and to erasure or restriction of processing and to portability of your personal data. You can object to the use of the data at any time with future effect. In some cases, however, we may not be permitted to completely delete user data owing to statutory retention obligations. We would also like to inform you of your right to lodge a complaint with the Baden-Württemberg State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg).

Order Data Processing
We have concluded a contract for order data processing with Google and are fully implementing the strict specifications issued by the German data protection authorities in connection with use of Google Analytics.
Plugins and tools
We have embedded videos from the Google-operated site YouTube (YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA) into the “enhanced data protection mode” on our website. Launching the respective video will mean that your IP address will be passed to the YouTube server. YouTube will thus be informed that our internet site has been visited with your IP address. If you are also logged into YouTube on the browser that you use for this site, the account identifier will also be passed on. Hence, YouTube can assign your visit to this website to your user account. We will not be informed about the data that is collected in this way, or of how it is used.
