This agreement concerns the use of the “vlearning” learning platform, between you and vhf camfacture AG, Lettenstraße 10, 72119 Ammerbuch, Germany (hereinafter “vhf”).

Access to the learning platform

Access to the learning platform is granted by vhf at our sole discretion. vhf reserves the right to restrict or remove access at any time.

Personal user accounts

The user account that you use to log in to the learning platform is individual. You may not share the credentials or allow third parties to use the learning platform with your user account. This also applies to unintended access given to third parties through shared computer resources (e.g. password management utilities / apps, etc). If you enter data in the user account, they must be true.

Use of learning materials

All offered learning materials are intended exclusively for personal training. They may not be used for any other purpose and may not be disclosed to third parties. The copyright is, unless otherwise noted, at vhf.

Disclaimer

All contents are offered without any guarantee in terms of content accuracy and usefulness.

You expressly agree that the use of the learning content and the learning platform is at your own risk. vhf is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the content or the learning platform.

If you are using the learning platform on a third-party device (e.g. at your workplace), we recommend contacting a technically responsible person (owner/operator/administrator) prior to first use.

Right of modification

vhf reserves the right to change the user agreement at any time. The changes take effect as soon as they are published on the learning platform.

You can find the current version of the user agreement on the learning platform's registration page under the “User agreement” link.

Your continued use constitutes your acceptance of the modified user agreement and you are bound by the terms of the modified agreement. If you do not agree to the modifications, you may no longer use the learning platform. At such time if you no longer want to use the platform, it is recommended to request your account to be suspended, in order to avoid unintended third party access.
