Updating the machine software and machine configuration

The machine software is provided in the following packages:

• MRC package Contains configuration data for the machine. This includes data on machine geometry, test and calibration specimens, and tools.

• Machine software package Contains programs and data. These include new versions of the server software, new firmware versions, and MRC packages.

How to install updates

Prerequisites

• The dentalcnc computer has Internet access.

• dentalcnc notifies you that an update is available.

1. In the message window, select Update now.

• dentalcnc automatically updates the machine configuration or machine software in several steps.

2. Complete the update with OK or Click here to restart the machine.
