Error code 24 – Not found measuring point
dentalcnc aborts the job and displays the error code.

Did the tool in the spindle touch the measuring key during measuring?
Is the Z-axis blocked?
If the spindle doesn’t properly move up and down, the Z-axis is blocked.

Can you feel the measuring key’s pressure point when pressing it down?
How to check this:
- Open the working chamber door.
- Press down the measuring key.
- Verify that you can feel the pressure point.
Did the error occur with an S1 or S2?
Does dentalcnc detect that the measuring key is pressed down?
Did the error occur with a K3 or K4?
- If you use a K4 edition, select No.

The axis needs repairing.
