Cleaning the cooling liquid system

If the flow rate of the cooling liquid isn’t sufficient or the corresponding interval in the maintenance table has been exceeded, you must clean the cooling liquid system.

The task consist of the following automated processes:

Rinsing	5 minutes

1. Have ready:

2. Start dentalcnc.
3. Open the Maintenance section with the following icon in the main toolbar: 
4. Open the maintenance section of the touchscreen.  Using the maintenance section
5. Select the Cleaning the cooling liquid system maintenance task.
• The on-screen guide displays.
6. Remove the following items from the working chamber:
   • Any blank and holder
   • The tool magazines

7. Perform a weekly cleaning of the working chamber.

8. Empty and clean the cooling liquid tank.

9. CAUTION!Pay attention to the label on the packaging of the TecPowder and wear personal protective equipment.

10. Insert the tank into the machine.
11. Go to the next step of the on-screen guide.
• The cleaning process starts. The remaining time is displayed in the info area of dentalcnc‘s main application window.
12. Wait until the process is finished.

13. Empty the cooling liquid tank.

14. Insert the tank into the machine.

15. Go to the next step of the on-screen guide.
• The rinsing process starts. The remaining time is displayed in the info area of dentalcnc‘s main application window.
16. Wait until the process is finished.
17. Empty the cooling liquid tank.
18. Thoroughly clean the cooling liquid tank.

19. Fill in cooling liquid for the machining process.

20. Insert the tool magazine into the working chamber.
