Did the blank changer flap (swivel axis) move completely into the working chamber?

1. Start DentalCNC.
2. Open the DentalCNC Application settings. For this, select the following icon in the main icon bar:

Are the gripper and blank changer flap (swivel axis) blocked?

How to check this:

1. Open the working chamber door.
2. In the working chamber:

   2. Check if there are any objects in the extension range of the blank gripper.

Does increasing the incoming air pressure solve the issue?

How to check this:

1. Open the multi-purpose compartment.
2. Remove the cooling liquid tank.
3. Use the compressed air regulator (marked orange) to increase the incoming air pressure depending on the discs you use:
   • For cobalt-chrome discs: 8 bar (120 psi)
   • For other materials: 7 bar (100 psi)
4. Load and unload the heaviest disc that you use.

Was the disc diameter too large?

How to check this:

1. Open the working chamber door.
2. Open the blank holder by selecting the depicted icon in the Machining view in DentalCNC.
3. Remove the blank from the blank holder.
4. Check if the disc diameter is too large.  Technical data

Did the stud type track roller move against the recess of the cam disc?

How to check this:

1. Open the multi-purpose compartment.
2. Locate the cam disc including the stud type track roller on the upper left side. See the figure below.
3. Use your finger to feel if there is a small gap (0.3 – 0.5 mm) between the stud type track roller and the recess of the cam disc.
• If there is no gap, the stud type track roller hit the cam disc.
