3. Check if there are machining residues between the workholding straps.

2. Remove any blank from the blank holder.
3. Check if the following applies:
   • The workholding straps are in parallel to each other.
   • There is a small even gap between the workholding straps.

4. Close the blank holder by selecting the depicted icon in the Machining view in DentalCNC.
5. Check if the following applies:
   • The workholding straps are in parallel to each other.
   • The workholding straps have moved towards each other.
6. Open, close and check the blank holder multiple times.

Are the gripper and blank changer flap (swivel axis) blocked?

How to check this:

1. Open the working chamber door.
2. In the working chamber:
   1. Check if there are any objects in the swivel range of the blank changer Machine component which stores multiple blanks in a magazine and which can automatically load them into the working chamber.. When using the search, use a blank changer or a blank magazine instead flap (swivel axis).
   2. Check if there are any objects in the extension range of the blank gripper.
3. Check if the blank holder including its cracks are soiled by machining debris.
4. Open the multi-purpose compartment.
5. In the multi purpose compartment:
   1. Check if there are any objects in the swivel range of the blank changer Machine component which stores multiple blanks in a magazine and which can automatically load them into the working chamber.. When using the search, use a blank changer or a blank magazine instead flap (swivel axis).
   2. Check if there are any objects in the extension range of the blank gripper cylinder.
6. Check if there are any objects in the loading position of the blank magazine Part of the blank changer in which you store the blanks for automatic loading. (marked orange).
